All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site.
US1 Furniture will not be liable for any damages of any kind, including direct, indirect, special, incidental, punitive or consequential damages, that arise from or are related to your use of this site. You agree to indemnify and hold US1 Furniture harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses that arise from or are related to your use of the site.
US1 Furniture cannot be held liable or negligent for any damage to the interior or exterior of any residence including, but not limited to walls, hardwood floors, flooring, ceilings, landscaping, sprinklers, plumbing, electrical wiring, door frames, doors, lighting fixtures, etc. Customer who agreed to the conditions of our website consent to fully indemnify US1 Furniture, its agents, owners, subcontractors or representatives from any lawsuits or claims arising out of property damage or personal injury occurring during the transport (to and from the destination address), delivery, and loading or unloading, where said claim occurred on any private property.
US1 Furniture shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed.
While US1 Furniture works to provide accurate product and pricing information, pricing or typographical errors may occur. US1 Furniture cannot confirm the price of an item until after you order. In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, US1 Furniture shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item. In the event that an item is mispriced, US1 Furniture, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include shipping or sales tax. Sales tax and delivery charges will be charged on your order as applicable. At anytime after your purchase, we can correct mistakes in pricing or arithmetic made in computing your purchase price.
US1 Furniture.com may include links to third party websites that are controlled and maintained by others. Any link to other websites is not an endorsement of such websites and you acknowledge and agree that US1 Furniture is not responsible for the content or availability of any such sites.
If any of these Terms and Conditions should be determined to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason by any court of competent jurisdiction then such Term or Condition shall be severed and the remaining Terms and Conditions shall survive and remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.
These Terms and Conditions and policies shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of United States and you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Broward County, Florida, US courts.

Typographical Errors
In the event that a US1 Furniture product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, US1 Furniturereserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. US1 Furniture reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, US1 Furniture shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by US1 Furniture without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.

Miscellaneous
Your use of this site shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the state of California, U.S.A., without regard to choice of law provisions, and not by the 1980 U.N. Convention on contracts for the international sale of goods. You agree that jurisdiction over and venue in any legal proceeding directly or indirectly arising out of or relating to this site (including but not limited to the purchase of US1 Furniture products shall be in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California. Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the site (including but not limited to the purchase of US1 Furniture products) must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises. US1 Furniture's failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of these terms and conditions shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any of these terms and conditions. US1 Furniture may assign its rights and duties under this Agreement to any party at any time without notice to you.
Use of Site
Harassment in any manner or form on the site, including via e-mail, chat, or by use of obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden. Impersonation of others, including a US1 Furniture or other licensed employee, host, or representative, as well as other members or visitors on the site is prohibited. You may not upload to, distribute, or otherwise publish through the site any content which is libelous, defamatory, obscene, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, illegal, or otherwise objectionable which may constitute or encourage a criminal offense, violate the rights of any party or which may otherwise give rise to liability or violate any law. You may not upload commercial content on the site or use the site to solicit others to join or become members of any other commercial online service or other organization.
Participation Disclaimer
US1 Furniture does not and cannot review all communications and materials posted to or created by users accessing the site, and is not in any manner responsible for the content of these communications and materials. You acknowledge that by providing you with the ability to view and distribute user-generated content on the site, US1 Furniture is merely acting as a passive conduit for such distribution and is not undertaking any obligation or liability relating to any contents or activities on the site. In an attempt to provide increased value to our visitors, US1 Furniture may link to sites operated by third parties. However, even if the third party is affiliated with US1 Furniture, US1 Furniture has no control over these linked sites, all of which have separate privacy and data collection practices, independent of US1 Furniture. These linked sites are only for your convenience and therefore you access them at your own risk. Nonetheless, US1 Furniture seeks to protect the integrity of its web site and the links placed upon it and therefore requests any feedback on not only its own site, but for sites it links to as well (including if a specific link does not work).
Returns & Exchanges
In order to process a return request, some conditions must be met:
Payment must have been received and cashed.
Customers must request a return authorization number (RAN) prior to returning. Unauthorized returns WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Please contact our customer service department at US1Furniture@gmail.com to get a RAN and shipping instructions. Let us know the nature of the problem or reason for the return. A return authorization number will be issued to you by return e-mail. Please alert our customer service staff when your product is being shipped back.
The returned product must be in our possession within 10 days of the date you received it.
Packing, shipping, handling charges and insurance cost are non refundable. On products that sold with "Free Shipping", we will need to deduct our actual shipping charges from your return credit.
Return packages must be prepaid; we cannot accept C.O.D.
Upon return, the item will be fully inspected. Returned products must be in the original condition, packing, not used or altered. The should come with the manufacturer packaging, tags, instruction booklets, warranty cards, and any other items that came with your purchase, such as accessories or free gift with purchase.
Custom made, special orders and special items are not returnable. Certain items cannot be returned because neither we nor our suppliers can take them back. Products that cannot be returned are noted “Special Order Item” in the Product Description. We reserve the right to refuse full refund for excessive returns by a customer, to avoid abusive behavior.
Once we receive and inspect the returned products, we will issue your refund within 5-7 business days or give a store credit. Store credits are valid for one year from the date the merchandise is received.
Restocking fees apply. There will be a 20% restocking fee for each item returned.

Dispute & Charges Back
In the event of a dispute US1 Furniture will assign a claim representative to your account. Your claim representative will listen to your dispute and attempt to negotiate a fair solution to your problem. If you charge back your credit card US1 Furniture will simply revert back to the Terms and Conditions and Returns and Exchange Policy and attach to whatever you are legally liable for. Your best and fairest way to resolve a claim issue is to go through your claim representative and work out a fair solution. In the event that there is a chargeback the credit card holder will be billed a $150 administration fee.
